Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national nonprofit educational & resource organization whose purpose is to distribute guidance to homeowner associations & their shared facilities in condominiums, planned unit developments & property owner associations.

As a company of professionals dedicated to serving Community Associations, we are active supporters of this organization.

Our passion is to inform Association Managers & Volunteers about proper horticultural practices, sustainability, & how to guide their communities in making sound landscaping decisions.
