Gayle Hite, Office Manager
Gayle’s career in Human Resources & Office Management actually began in 1992 when, following three years of study at OSU, she transferred to Linn Benton Community College, graduating with top honors as a Certified Dental Assistant. After ten years in dentistry, she changed careers, becoming Office Manager at a Volunteer Fire District where she managed the district’s 22 paramedics & 24 firefighters! Preferring flowers & green lawns to fires & ambulances, Gayle accepted Matt & Randy’s offer of becoming Willamette’s first Office Manager. Since 2003, she has been doing the most awesome job of professionally managing our business office, happily serving & supporting our customers & over 80 employees! Gayle has two children & really enjoys cooking with & entertaining friends, camping with her kids, & spontaneously flexing the “golden pipes”!
