Spring Inspection - This includes an inspection of all irrigation components to identify any problems, including things like: broken pipes; leaking sprinklers; clogged, mis-aligned, or misdirected sprinklers; and faulty valves.  From this inspection, we will compile a report for the community with the  estimated price associated with correcting each problem.

Mid season inspection - Once the irrigation system has been running for a couple months, your technician will return, & go through the same process as during the spring.  This “mid-season” inspection is critical in identifying those areas that show signs of stress from improper coverage during summer’s heat.  It is often difficult to identify these areas in spring when everything is green and it’s raining!

Weekly monitoring - Willamette Landscape takes pride in adjusting irrigation to weather conditions.  “Set it & forget it” irrigation programming that leads to over-watering and high water bills is NOT our style.  Not   With us, you can expect savings from our experienced attention to the water needs of your landscape!

Winterization - With the unpredictability of winter and varying soils, it is important to make sure irrigation  systems are properly winterized during the cold months.  Where possible, we use compressed air to evacuate water from the system for assurance against freeze damage to sensitive components.

Troubleshooting -  “That area is always brown”, “This area is always a swamp”, “Why is this lawn always polka-dotted”, “I never see this zone come on”, “I always plant here, & they always die”.  Our irrigation techs are well equipped to get to the bottom of these mysterious questions.
