Oregon & Washington Community Association Managers (OWCAM) was established in 2002 to serve community association managers & service providers of the Pacific Northwest.  The primary goals are to enhance professional image, represent proposed licensing & legislation, promote education & provide a network for business opportunities.

We are a charter service provider member, active in this organization since its founding.  We are also occasional presenters, providing information on landscaping topics for association managers.
