PLANET is the international organization of Landcare Professionals.  It is the governing body for landscape industry certifications, offers educational opportunities, & advocates policy direction in Washington D.C.  Matt Triplett CLP, CLT, CLIA served as Chair of the International Certification Council (2002, 2005, & 2006).  He has also been named a PLANET Trailblazer, which is a mentorship program utilized by company leaders seeking peer information on performance improvement.  He also served on the 2009 Environmental Improvement Awards committee.  Dan Herzing, CLT, CLP, CLIA has served the organization by participating as the Landscape Certification Test Site Observer for recent tests in Illinois, Hawaii, & Vancouver B.C.
