Much can be said about the national movement towards sustainability. Homeowner Associations have a difficult challenge in that they are comprised of individuals with different opinions, & budget priorities. In many cases, we have been able to modify standard landscape maintenance practices to introduce specific organic principles while still maintaining affordability.
